A MESSAGE FROM THE HOMEVISIT TEAM ON THE RATE INCREASE
Over the past six years, we have experienced a significant rise in shipping costs imposed by USPS for direct mail, which is an essential part of our shipping operations. USPS has raised their prices on postage 16 times in that time span. These compounded increases have had a significant impact on our business, as we rely on the USPS to deliver our customers their direct mail cards.
Despite our best efforts to absorb these increased expenses, we find it necessary to make adjustments to our pricing to ensure we can maintain the operation quality of service you expect from us. The price increase is dependent on the size of the card, the mailing class, and the quantity ordered.
We understand that this may be an inconvenience for some of our customers, but we hope you will understand. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service, and we believe that this price increase is necessary to ensure that we can continue to do so.
